A Google review link generator that also tracks clicks
You want the Google review link that opens the write-a-review box, not your general profile. Here is how to get it, check it, and use it.
Free to download · 7-day free trial · Starter $19.99/mo, Premium $29.99/mo
Why it needs to be the right link
A general listing link makes the customer hunt for the review button. A write-a-review link puts the box in front of them. For a deeper look at where to place it, read your Google review link and where to put it.
Get your Google review link with ReviewHero
- Open the app and sign up.
- In setup, type your business name the way it appears on Google.
- Pick the right address from the list and tap Confirm.
ReviewHero builds your Google write-a-review link for you. There is nothing to paste and no Google password to hand over. You can see it any time in Settings. If nothing matches, add your city or street to the search. If you still cannot find your business, it may not be listed on Google yet, so create a Google Business Profile first.
Check it before you use it
Tap the link in Settings to confirm it opens the review box for your business, not someone else’s. Chains and common business names are the usual cause of a wrong match. If it is wrong, search again and choose the entry with your exact address. Then use Send me a test to email yourself the real request.
Why the ReviewHero version is tracked
Every request carries a tracked link unique to that customer. ReviewHero records the click and sends them straight on to the review page. That click is what cancels the follow-up. It is also how your dashboard knows who opened your review page.
A note on customers
Google asks customers to sign in to a Google account before they can post. That is Google’s rule. ReviewHero’s review page says so, so people are not caught out.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Google Business Profile first?
Yes. ReviewHero builds the link from your Google listing. If your business is not listed, create a profile first, then come back and finish setup.
Can I use my Google review link on my website and email signature?
Settings has a public share link for your business that you can copy into an email signature or social post. It sends people to your review page.
What if the link opens the wrong business?
Search again in Settings and choose the entry with your exact address, save, then send yourself a test and open it.
Will customers need a Google account?
Yes, to post a review. That is Google’s rule.
Does it cost anything to get the link?
The app is free to download with a 7-day free trial. After that Starter is $19.99 a month and Premium is $29.99 a month.
Put this on autopilot
ReviewHero asks every customer once, follows up politely, and stops the moment they open the review link. Free to download, and you can set it up from your phone.
