A Google review QR code you can print and track
A QR code is a good way to ask customers who are standing in front of you. ReviewHero gives you one, and tells you when it is scanned.

Get a printable review QR code card
Every business in ReviewHero gets a public review page with its own web address. In Settings you can copy that link and print a QR card for a counter, a van door or the back of a receipt. Scans of the QR code are tracked like any other click on your dashboard.
Where to put it
- On the counter or checkout desk.
- On a leave-behind card at the end of a job.
- On the back of a receipt or invoice.
- On a van door or sign, if people can safely scan it.
What to watch out for
Google endorses QR codes for review requests. The risks are elsewhere: a flow that forks customers by sentiment before they scan is review gating, and a code on a public, unattended surface can be covered with a fraudulent sticker. Check your printed materials from time to time. Read the full discussion in QR codes for review requests: what works, what backfires.
A QR code is not a follow-up
A scan tells you someone opened your review page. It does not give you their email address, so ReviewHero cannot send them a reminder. For customers you can email, add them and let the automatic follow-up do its job.
Frequently asked questions
Does the QR code go straight to Google?
It goes to your business’s public review page, which shows your business name and sends people to your review page, with a short note on what to write if they are stuck.
Are scans tracked?
Yes. Scans are tracked like any other click.
Can I make a QR code without paying?
The share link and printable QR card are part of Starter, which is $19.99 a month. The app is free to download and has a 7-day free trial.
Can a QR code be tampered with?
Printed codes in public places can be covered by a sticker pointing somewhere else. Check them periodically.
Can I send different people to different places by rating?
No. That is review gating. Everyone gets the same public link.
Put this on autopilot
ReviewHero asks every customer once, follows up politely, and stops the moment they open the review link. Free to download, and you can set it up from your phone.
