Get more Google reviews for your auto repair shop
A repair order already has the customer’s name and email on it. ReviewHero reads it from a photo and sends the Google review request for you.

The repair order is the customer list
Every job leaves a piece of paper with a name on it. Point your camera at the repair order, work order or sign-in sheet. ReviewHero reads the names and emails and shows a confirm screen before anything is saved or sent.
Check the addresses before you save. A misread letter from handwriting is the most common reason a request never arrives.
When to send the Google review request after a repair
Send when the customer has picked the car up and paid, not while it is still on the lift. The email goes out right away when you tap send, and you can cancel it with the Undo toast if you tapped the wrong name.
Customers who come back
Repeat customers are the point of a repair shop. ReviewHero keeps a customer list with request history, so you can see who has already been asked. Deleting a customer stops any follow-up still scheduled for them.
Pay-in-person shops
If you take payments through Square or raise invoices in QuickBooks Online, Premium adds those customers for you. Otherwise Starter’s quick-add, photo capture and CSV import cover it.
Frequently asked questions
Can ReviewHero read a handwritten repair order for a Google review request?
It reads names and email addresses off a photo and shows you what it found. Handwriting can be misread, so check each address on the confirm screen before saving.
What if the customer never gave me an email?
A record needs an email address to be contacted, because requests go by email. Ask for it at drop-off or pick-up.
How many follow-ups does a customer get?
One by default, about two days after the first email, and only if they have not clicked. You can change it under Sequences or turn it off.
Will a bad experience get hidden?
No. Everyone gets the same public Google link. The review page also offers a private feedback box alongside it, never instead of it.
Where do I see who clicked?
On the dashboard and request list. Clicked means a real person opened your review page. ReviewHero does not count email opens.
Put this on autopilot
ReviewHero asks every customer once, follows up politely, and stops the moment they open the review link. Free to download, and you can set it up from your phone.
