Just a quick reminder in case my last email got buried. If you have a minute, a review on Google really helps us.

This is the last time I will ask. Thank you either way.

Say plainly that it is the last one. It reads as respectful, and it is true.
When to send it, and when to stop
ReviewHero’s default is one follow-up, about two days after the first email, and only if the customer has not clicked. You can change this under Sequences.
Follow-ups stop the moment any of these happens:
- The customer clicks the review link.
- You mark the request as reviewed.
- The customer unsubscribes.
- The last scheduled message has been sent.
The final email tells the customer it is the last one they will get from you about this.
If they reply instead
Replies go to the email address on your account. If it is a complaint, answer it yourself. Do not send that customer another follow-up: open the request and mark it done so the sequence stops.
Keep it legal
Every ReviewHero email has an unsubscribe link and your business postal details. Read the CAN-SPAM checklist for review requests if you send your own.

How many follow-ups does ReviewHero send?
One by default. You can change it under Sequences or turn follow-ups off.
What cancels the follow-up?
A click on the review link, marking the request as reviewed, an unsubscribe, or reaching the end of the sequence.
Does ReviewHero know if they posted a review?
It sees the click, not the review. Google controls that page. Click is the signal that stops the reminder.
What if I want a longer gap between emails?
Change the timing under Sequences.
Can I follow up by text?
Not automatically. ReviewHero is email-only for automatic messages. Text it yourself on the Send sheet hands a message with the tracked link to your own phone.
