Google review requests for HVAC companies

Your technicians are not going to remember to ask for Google reviews. Your invoicing software already knows who just paid. ReviewHero connects the two for HVAC companies.

Free to download  ·  7-day free trial  ·  Starter $19.99/mo, Premium $29.99/mo

HVAC Google review requests start from the invoice

HVAC work generates a paper trail: work orders, service tickets, paid invoices. ReviewHero can read from it. Customers on paid QuickBooks Online invoices are added automatically on Premium, and customers who pay through Square are added the same way.

If your dispatch system is something else, Zapier or a generic webhook can push a name and email into ReviewHero when a job closes.

If you are not on Premium yet

Starter at $19.99 a month does not sync, but it handles the same job by hand:

  • Quick-add a name and email from the app.
  • Photograph a paper service ticket and let ReviewHero pull the names and emails.
  • Import a CSV from your office system.

You can change plan later.

The follow-up, without the pestering

Each request carries a tracked link unique to that customer. If they do not click, one follow-up goes out about two days later by default. If they click, it is cancelled. If they unsubscribe, they are suppressed for your business straight away and no further request can be sent to them.

Know where reviews stall

The dashboard funnel shows requests asked, sent, clicked and reviewed. ReviewHero counts clicks, not email opens, because mail apps load images automatically and inflate opens. It cannot see whether a review was written or what it said. Google controls that page.

Frequently asked questions

Which accounting and payment tools can feed customers in?

On Premium, Square and QuickBooks Online connect directly. Zapier and a signed webhook cover other systems.

Do HVAC technicians need to remember to ask for Google reviews?

Not if you use sync. Customers land in ReviewHero when the job is paid or the invoice is closed, and the request goes out on your schedule.

What if a customer complains by replying to the email?

Replies go to the email address on your account, so you handle it like any other customer email. Open the request and mark it done so no further follow-up is sent to that customer.

Can ReviewHero filter out unhappy customers?

No. Review gating breaks Google’s policy and the FTC’s rule on deceptive reviews, so every customer gets the same public link.

Is the price per technician or per location?

Neither. The plans are flat for the whole business: Starter $19.99 a month and Premium $29.99 a month, month to month.

Put this on autopilot

ReviewHero asks every customer once, follows up politely, and stops the moment they open the review link. Free to download, and you can set it up from your phone.
