Square and QuickBooks review requests: what Premium syncs
- Square: customers who pay through Square are added automatically.
- QuickBooks Online: customers on paid invoices are added for you.
- Zapier or a webhook: send a name and email from any other system. You get a webhook address and a signing key from Integrations.
In every case the customer record needs an email address, because requests go by email.
Connecting
Open Integrations (a Premium feature), tap Connect next to Square or QuickBooks Online, sign in, and approve the access request. You are sent back to ReviewHero. For a webhook, copy the address and signing key, and send one test to check the customer appears. Keep the signing key private and treat it like a password.
