Check the addresses
Handwriting is the usual reason a request never arrives. Read the addresses back on the confirm screen before saving. If a request later shows as failed on the dashboard, the address is not accepting mail: correct it and send again.
Consent
Only contact people who did business with you and who gave you their email address for that purpose. Do not photograph a list you bought or scraped.

No. You see a confirm screen first, and requests go out only when you tap send.
What about duplicate customers?
Duplicates are matched on email address, so the same person is not added twice from CSV import. Check the list before saving a photo.
What if a row has no email?
A customer needs an email address to be contacted, because requests go by email.
Is a CSV import better than a photo?
If the data is already in a spreadsheet, yes. Import a CSV and map the name and email columns.
