Get more Google reviews for your salon
A client leaves your salon chair happy and checks the mirror one more time. That is the moment the Google review ask belongs, not three weeks later.

Ask for the Google review at salon checkout
Stylists are busy with their hands and their clients. ReviewHero keeps the ask out of the conversation: add the client’s email at checkout, tap send, and the email goes under your salon’s name.
The email is short: a one-line thank you and one button that opens the Google write-a-review box for your business.
Building your client list
- Quick-add at the till: name and email.
- CSV import of a client list you already keep. You map the name and email columns and confirm you are only contacting people who gave you their email for this kind of contact.
- Square sync on Premium: if you take payments through Square, customers with an email on the payment are added for you.
Duplicates are matched on email address, so importing the same file twice does not create two copies of the same client.
Share link and printable QR card
Settings gives you a public review page and a printable QR card. Put it at the mirror station or on the checkout desk. Scans are tracked on your dashboard like any other click.
Skip Yelp requests on purpose
Salons often care about Yelp. ReviewHero will not ask for Yelp reviews, because Yelp’s guidelines prohibit businesses from asking and it can lower a business’s ranking or put a public notice on the page. You can still watch your Yelp page from the app. See why you should never ask for Yelp reviews.
Frequently asked questions
How does a salon client leave the Google review?
They tap the button in the email, which opens the Google review box for your listing. Google asks them to sign in to a Google account first. That is Google’s rule, and the review page tells them so.
Do I pay more for each stylist?
No. The plans are flat for the whole business, not per seat and not per location: Starter $19.99 a month, Premium $29.99 a month.
Can I offer a discount on the next visit for a review?
No. Paying for reviews or giving something of value in exchange breaks Google’s policy and US law, and ReviewHero will not help send that kind of message.
What if I do not collect emails at the chair?
Add them when you book or at checkout, or import a list you already hold. Requests go by email, so each client needs an address on file.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. New accounts get a 7-day free trial, and you can send a test request to yourself from Settings first.
Put this on autopilot
ReviewHero asks every customer once, follows up politely, and stops the moment they open the review link. Free to download, and you can set it up from your phone.
