Frequently asked questions
Can I send a Google review request right from the landscaping job site?
Yes. Open the app, tap Send next to the customer, and confirm. The request goes out straight away and the Undo toast cancels it if you picked the wrong name.
What if I only have the customer’s phone number?
A record needs an email address to be contacted. If you would rather text, the Send sheet’s Text it yourself option opens your own messaging app with the tracked link in the message.
Does it cost more with more crews?
No. It is a flat price for the whole business: Starter $19.99 a month, Premium $29.99 a month.
Can I ask for a Facebook review instead of Google?
Google is the default. You can add your Facebook page in Settings and ReviewHero links to your page’s recommendations section.
Can I see which customers have not clicked?
Yes. The request list and dashboard funnel show asked, sent, clicked and reviewed.
